Jonathan Buckwell
DHA Planning (Director)

 

Jonathan Buckwell is a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with over 25 years of experience advising on residential, commercial and strategic planning matters across the UK. As a Director at DHA, he leads the Crawley/Gatwick office and heads up DHA Environment, guiding clients through the planning process and Environmental Impact Assessment requirements on major developments. Jonathan’s wide-ranging portfolio includes urban extensions, complex infrastructure projects and significant regeneration schemes, such as the Emirates Stadium redevelopment and a 1 million sq ft medical campus in Maidstone. He also chairs Developers East Sussex, facilitating public-private dialogue on development across the region and regularly engaging with government departments on housing and planning policy.

Duncan Enright is a seasoned public servant and communications specialist, currently serving as Deputy Leader of West Oxfordshire District Council and Account Director at The Community Communications Partnership. With over a decade in local government, Duncan brings extensive experience in political leadership, public engagement and strategic development. He has held senior roles across policy, healthcare, publishing, and education, including Mayor of Witney and Cabinet Member for Travel and Development Strategy at Oxfordshire County Council. Duncan’s work focuses on shaping local policy frameworks, supporting community-focused development, and helping public bodies navigate the political and practical dimensions of planning and infrastructure.

Tania Jennings
Lewisham Council (Net Zero Carbon Manager)
Tania Jennings is the Net Zero Carbon Manager at Lewisham Council, where she leads the borough’s retrofit strategy, schools decarbonisation plan and heat network programme. She brings over a decade of experience in public sector energy and sustainability, having previously led on retrofit and affordable warmth initiatives at Ealing Council. Tania is also Chair of ALEO London and sits on several national working groups focused on retrofit and climate action. With a background in environmental policy and public administration, she has played a key role in advancing local authority approaches to low-carbon housing and sustainable development.
